FAILURE TO FOLLOW ANY RULE IS GROUNDS FOR PUNISHMENT ESTABLISHED IN SECTION 5
EVERYONE IS SUBJECT TO THE RULES AND THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO PUNISHMENT.
Fail Roleplaying- Fail roleplay occurs when a player does not properly roleplay a situation.
RDM and VDM- RDM is random death matching. - VDM is vehicle death matching.
NLR- When you die, you lose your memory in game. You must roleplay that you have memory loss and cannot remember what happened prior to your death.
Metagaming- Metagaming occurs when you use out-of-character information to your advantage in RP.
Powergaming- Sacraficing RP in order to make your character the best in the server. An example would be: using the boundaries of the game to your advantage and forcing your own RP on someone.
ForceRP- Forcing your own scenario onto another player without proper roleplay and proper game mechanics. An example: slipping out of cuffs with /me, locking doors, etc.
Area of Patrol/Roleplay- Displays in the bottom left of SCRP FiveM servers. Roleplay must be conducted in the said Area of Patrol/Roleplay.
Peacetime- Displays in the bottom left of SCRP FiveM servers. When peacetime is active, no major crimes are allowed.
In-game General Rules- No toxicity/disrespect in chat or voice. (racism, excessive swearing, drama, etc.) - No RDM/VDM. (RDM or VDM x5 is considered "Mass RDM" or "Mass VDM") - No fail roleplaying. - You must value your life. - No combat logging. - No external communications during an RP scenario. - No kidnapping/robbing EMS. - No powergaming. - Follow NLR. - No metagaming. - No animal/pet/zombie/military/unrealistic rp. (Unless permission is granted by a Senior Admin or above) - No forced rp. - No breaking rp. - No monster trucks allowed. - No nocliping across the map. (Staff are exempted while on duty as staff) - No piloting aircrafts without the aviation tag in discord. (Message a staff member to be trained for aviation) - No torque or engine power boosts. (HEAT vehicles are allowed torque boost x2, not x5) - No teleporting. (Staff are exempted while on duty as staff) - No stealing emergency vehicles. (Unless permission is granted by a Senior Admin or above) - No cop baiting. - Spawning of vehicles is only allowed on private property for civs and PD for police. - No driving default super cars. (includes GTA 5 cars that exceed 120mph with no mods) - VPNs are allowed if not used to bypass a ban. - No stealing or driving staff cars. (Staff are exempted while on duty as staff) - No saving staff vehicles. (Staff are exempted while on duty as staff) - No hacking, exploiting or glitching. It is a permanent ban via IP, discord, and in-game.
Discord Rules- No spamming. - No toxicity. - No excessive swearing. - No arguing. - No unapproved links (includes images). - No threats of any kind. (includes but not limited to: DDoS and leaks) - No NSFW content. - No advertisements. - No impersonation of staff. - No drama. (keep it in the DMs) - No exploitation of discord glitches & bugs. - No yelling/screeching/bodily sounds/music in voice channels.
Department Rules- You must be 16 or older to lead a department. (Based on maturity for most cases) - Head of department (HoD) roles are given out on a first-come first-serve basis. - HoD and, if applicable, assistant HoD must create a department Roster/protocol. (And be approved by a Head of Administration or above) - A department’s protocol is to follow all rules stated in section 1 of the SCRP Regulations. - Failure to not follow a department’s protocol is not a rule-break; however, it is an Internal Affairs case conducted by the I.A. division. - Each department is required to hold trainings at least every 2 weeks.
Punishments- If you break any rule you are subject to punishment by staff. Punishment includes but is not limited to: - Verbal warning - Written warning - Kick from the FiveM server and/or discord. - Temporary/permanent banishment from the FiveM server and/or discord. - Demotion or removal of department roles. - Head of Administration and above can issue punishment to players who have not explicitly broken a rule. - Administration team can issue verbal warnings to players who have explicitly broken a rule.
